Our fully stocked bar offers everything from beer to wine, and fizz to cocktails – the choice is yours!
Cucina Rustica oozes romance, the mellow lighting guarantees you’ll both be looking great, and the cosy ambience accompanied by the soft music allow you to hear each other perfectly – as we all know how important it is to listen and pay attention to your date.Sharing platters and antipasti boards make for the perfect date food to start, and our incredible, extensive menu means that if you’re a bit of a messy eater, you don’t have to worry about getting spaghetti all over your face or having the dreaded garlic breath!
If you want to be really romantic, then of course you are welcome to share spaghetti off the same plate, but there’s really no need as we also offer an array of other dishes including Cosciotto D’agnello (Lamb shank, rosemary, tomato & red wine sauce, mash potato), Pizza Al Pollo e gamberetti (Chicken, baby prawns, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh rocket), Fagottini al cinghiale (Wild boar filled pasta, light cream porcini sauce) and Insalata di Mare salad (Crab meat, smoked salmon, king prawns, beef tomatoes, red onion & Lemon dressing).
To accompany our beautiful food, we only supply the best, divine wines. We have put a lot of effort into creating the perfect wine list to complement our menu, so at least if you and your date are not a good pairing, your food and wine will be!
We have almost 20 different wines on offer, all varying in flavour, texture and scent including Frascati, Rome’s signature wine and the perfect accompaniment to any seafood dish and of course, our ever-popular Pinot noir, Domaine V La Grange which provides a richer and slightly heavier flavour and works perfectly with the meats and olives. If you want to impress your date with your wine knowledge, then feel free to ask any of our attentive staff for their help and expertise. We also offer a range of dessert wine in case your date is going really well and you’re keen for afters.
