We use quality cheeses, so you can truly enjoy what is arguably the best part of the pizza. Our meat and poultry are sourced from the award-winning butchers, Owen Taylor & Sons. Based locally in Derbyshire, they supply us with quality produce, locally sourced, wherever possible. And all of our cured meats are sourced with the utmost care and as locally as possible.
HOMEMADE DOUGH & TOMATO SAUCE
You won’t find any frozen bases or pre-made dough or tomato sauces around here! We pride ourselves on serving authentic Italian food, made by us with the freshest ingredients we can source. That’s why we make our pizza dough and tomato sauce ourselves from scratch!
Once we’ve worked our magic kneading, flouring, saucing and topping our rustic discs with your chosen ingredients, it’s time for our oven to do its thing! Your authentic Italian pizza is then served piping hot for you to enjoy!
