There’s always a never-ending buzz that surrounds St Paul's Square. Bursting with creativity, culture and history the square is a great meeting ground for locals and visitors alike. Surrounded by bars and restaurants that serve incredible foods & drinks all year long, it’s a hot spot among many. But in the summer, it really does come to life! The square is a great place for sunny activities and events, with picturesque views and nearby places to dine.
THE JEWELLERY QUARTER FESTIVAL
On the last weekend in June, the annual Jewellery Quarter Festival took place. On what may have been our hottest day of the summer so far. People enjoyed great food, drinks and entertainment to celebrate another fantastic year for the ever-improving Jewellery Quarter.As part of the Festival, The Jam House celebrated their 20th year by hosting lots of great bands on the main stage here in St Paul's Square. With a full diverse line up, there was something for everyone, and it was a great time for the local community to come together to enjoy the entertainment and sunshine. We love our little location and being part of such a wonderful community.
BIRMINGHAM SANDWELL & WESTSIDE JAZZ FESTIVAL

© Photo Merlin Daleman[/caption]From the 19th-28th July, the Birmingham Sandwell & Westside Jazz Festival will be running its 35th year, with over 200 acts performing across 116 venues over the West Midlands. One of those locations is going to be our beloved St Paul's Square! From the 22nd-26th you’ll find a jazzy act per day performing on the square. Hope for sunshine and do try to make it along to at least one performance, it’ll be a blast! The acts performing on the square are as follows:
- 22/07/19: Jake Leg Jug Band – 12pm
- 23/07/19: Digby Fairweather – 12pm
- 24/07/19: Potato Head Jazz Band – 12pm
- 25/07/19: C Jam – 12pm
- 26/07/19: Boperator Boogie Band – 5pm
